Returning to tech after 3 years working with agile, training and coaching Scrum, Kaban and XP practices. Applying for team leadership positions. Advice?

I think its really difficult to have general advice because it differs from team to team, but generally, try to extract the best from your colleagues (play the game with the cards you have been dealt), make your coallegues do the tasks they arent good with (dont allow coallegues to get stuck inboxes like: "the css guy") and try to get close to everyone individually and then bring everyone together. Also, take one for the team whenever its possible.
