I just had a dream about how to squash a bug I was encountering in my app. I immediately woke up, fixed the bug, and cleaned up my code. I thought this only happened in movies.

It's actually a well document phenomenon that happens a lot. A semi-famous example is the inventor of the sowing machine who reportedly dreamed of a battle of sowing needles and that led him to solve the biggest design challenge (how to make the needle work) in the entire machine

Not dream but it happened with me while day dreaming in lecture. I was just day dreaming about future and stuff then suddenly I realise what was fucking with my loop in program so after lecture, I went home opened laptop fixed it and it worked like charm, no warning no error just perfect.
