Working with their API or GUI?

I've never worked with the GUI but after waiting for some other devs to wrap their APIs I truly wonder how they've become such a dominant force in the marketplace - seems vet limited.

@jiraTicket like anything else that becomes successful these days, they have a mediocre product (putting it... politely) and a very aggressive sales strategy. They don't really care about devs, they just know how to appeal to C level execs.
