Nope. Because all the shit on NPM is written by 15-year olds who don't know how to code properly, not to say maintain their packages.

I remember when these "developers" were called scriptkiddies. As you can clearly see, "script" is in the name.

That's not all of them though. But as the American law enforcement system proves again and again, a few thousand bad apples spoils the bunch.

@sariel with the popularity of JavaScript, it seems like people started to refer to it as a programming language. Which is a shame for obvious reasons.

Was trying to get a React Native app running but the node, npm, babel stuff kept breaking every time I upgrade or downgrade something
