A bunch of us got together and required these emails have a subject prefix that could be filtered out.
Like idiots they agreed.
90% of the company stopped responding to them. Eventually the emails slowed, and then stopped. Why did they just stop? Because there were two people in the company that organized all the spam.
Once we took away their value it was discovered they couldn't perform the duties they were hired to do, and we're subsequently fired.
Now the only spam we get is for the routine grassroots surveys and compliance emails.
10/10 would do again.

nebula1796275damen. i tried to communicate to my company that it is too loud, by which I mean too many channels of spamming (sharepoint blog, emails, teams) and that it's just distracting. but sadly this did not change anything 😅
