when I was like 11yrs. old, my father has bought a new phone for himself. I used to play a lot of gta vice city those days on my PC. one day i got to use a card reader to exchange multimedia between PC and the phone.
so, i copied gta vice city in my phone. bcoz i knew that i can move around the players using the phone's d-pad. I was left broken when I saw the error msg. in the phone: "file not recognised"
:-/
After few days, my friend wanted to play gta-vc, so he asked for the game CD. but this guy didn't have a computer in his home and he won't listen to me when I try to tell him, "you can't just play a video game in your DVD-player with a TV remote??" So, I gave it to him.
Next day, he was angry at me, bcoz the game didn't worked, obviously it was me who hve messed something in it. :-/

What utterly stupid things you guys or your friends have done?

I‘ve been installing lots of useless shit and been creating files on my Windows 98 pc because I thought that‘s the way computers improve and get more "intelligent" over time.

Why is it your fault if your friend couldn't play a game on his DvD player?

Man, I miss GTA VC. I need to find my PS4 now

I miss GTA VC days so much.

When I was trying to install it for the first time on my PC, I went to my friend's house with a 4GB pen drive. Game files were in a larger size so I just pasted the gta-vc.exe file in my PD.

Later tried opening it on my PC and got confused why the game is not opening.

I had seen too many friends that just copied the shortcuts to their pendrives. Yikes.

Deleted "unimportant" programs from a Windows 95 PC with a tiny HDD to make space for Rollercoaster Tycoon. Afterwards there was no sound anymore, but the game worked. 100% worth it.
