Trying to get my 'patience for Idiots' threshold back up to 15 minures. Not easy.
The problem is - you need to listen to them talking for 20 minutes before 30 seconds of relevant and actual info comes up.

    @magicMirror Never had such exact experience but have you tried interrupting them with a question just to stop them in their tracks?

    Like, “what did Garry say about that?”

    It puts them onto an answering chair and now you might have _some_ control..just an idea
