New computer! I named it P.E.A.C.H. which is supposed to be an acronym, but I couldn't find a satisfying meaning.

Mind the stickers. I'd love to put a devRant sticker there too.

Components:
- Gigabyte AORUS GA-AX370-Gaming 5
- AMD Ryzen 7 1700
- Scythe Mugen 5 "PCGH Edition"
- 16GB HyperX FURY DDR4-2666 DIMM CL15-17-17
- 500 Watt Cooler Master B500 ver.2 Non-Modular 80+
- 275GB Crucial MX300 2.5" (SSD)
- 1000GB Seagate BarraCuda ST1000DM010 (HDD)
- Sharkoon BW9000-W Midi Tower
- Some video card and DVD drive I removed from an old computer

It still needs a good video card and internet connection.

With the dual boot and my MacBook Pro I cover Windows, Linux and MacOS.

Sooo this is how people come up with acronyms. Always wondered why there are so many acronyms in networking... 😅
    P. S. - nice setup by the way. And kinda envy you too. Here I am, hoping to get my laptop's 4GB ram upgraded to a decent amount. 😛

    How much did that cost?

Depending on where you live, I may have an old GTX970 Strix to sell to you.

    My first high-end PC(Feb '16):

    - i5 4690K @stock(that thing is so fast I'd not have to OC it for another 4 years).
    - G-Skill Ares 16GB DDR3 RAM
    - Asus Z97-A
    - GTX970 4GB Strix + old GTX650
    - Seasonic X650 PSU(80PLUS Gold)
    - Samsung 850 Evo SSD + Seagate 1TB HDD
    - Win7 Ultimate x64(this is why I didn't go with Skylake; hate win10)
    - Corsair Carbide 500R(great case, but a bit large)

Happy to see AMD come up with a great CPU. I was getting sick of Intel and their slow progress.

Nice offer, but no, thanks. I'm waiting for the prices of the RX500 series to fall.

@Niddam Get an RX 480 and flash a 580 bios onto it. It works. Just be sure to get one with good ASIC quality

Those specs sound beastly. I tip my hat to you mate.🎩

Change to 5tb of ssd and 10tb of hdd. Lol

I would go with @kai18 's idea, but the 'environment' kind of feels misplaced to me. I just replace it by @kurtr 's 'epic'.
    So
    P.ersonal
    E.pic
    A.daptive
    C.omputing
    H.ardware
    it is.
