    In way I am really happy that the focus is now on a single desktop. It will help better development of a linux GUI.

    I'm not sad, but mainly because I don't care either way. I don't use anu of the DEs/WMs that come with any vanilla distro I know of.

    Not really, I will be sad if "i3" cancel development. (atleats there is "sway")

    @omomthings canonical they're doing development and focusing on GNOME as the DE for Ubuntu going forward.
