Didn't Microsoft just basically "bought the opensource"?
I mean, they own GitHub and maybe soon NPM. They have their fingerprints all over Apache and are in bed with Mozilla. They are everywhere at Berkeley and MIT. With Stallman out I'm sure they are getting into GNU.
If Linus kicks the bucket and congress don't block their inevitable attempt to buy RedHat, they are gonna own the future of pretty much everything FOSS
