No, for my luck, here in Germany the next to the nsa(The BSI) has not the problem to inform Microsoft about a security bug.

It only affects XP so unless you have been refusing to update for a decade I think you're okay

@jakej5 - It's affecting everything based on the Windows NT architecture. So basically Windows 2000-10

I'd admit that sometimes I'm on a schedule and Windows automatic updates grind my gears, but what bothers me the most is when I'm on Arch Linux and suddenly I'm like "I need to install this" and BOOM ~1200MB on updates, so it delays even more my schedule....

First thing after installing Windows is disabling auto-updates. I am the user, I say when you are allowed to update.
