We have made ourselves so special(among ourselves) that we've gone beyond individualism.

Resulting in Drama, means that we can't live without starting a fight or offend someone (doesn't matter if intentionally or by mistake)

Everyone is losing their common sense and the ability to speak about their problems normally.

Also I don't mean anyone specifically. More like the most of human population (at least where I live) are like this.

But this, this is something else entirely. My brain refuses to comprehend it. @jackpearce I think what you are trying to say is that; we've hit a plateau. We are no longer special individually, but we crave that need to be special. So what do we do? We create a space for ourselves to feel special. As you put it, we create drama in our lives so we can feel like we are at the center again, "special"
