Aside from job postings usually being trash,
I love when they write 'You have heard of X'
or 'You know of X' instead of 'You have worked
with X' [ on this level | for this long ]

While you may think this is just phrasing, I have
had interviews that basically treated it like that
as well,.. politely declined in those cases.
