Buying a wheel, and reinventing it are not the same thing

You technically not reinventing, just adapting and improving it, it usually still round and rotates ;)

But I agree that just reusing something existing is not always the right thing to do.

Just because there exists a library for something does not mean that it is the right size or have the right priorities that I need.

But of cause, if we do not have high priority requirements and we have a library that can be used and that will save time or reduce complexity we should not be afraid to use it.

Just put those F1 wheels on the shopping cart and don’t make it more complicated than it is!
