@burmesepornstar God forbid me for this comparison, but it's kind of a tea, the green stuff are dried and powdered leaves of a plant called Illex paraguaiensis, it's made in a very traditional way.
People here drank this stuff even before Europeans found out about this place.

@burmesepornstar Feels like drinking coffee. It wakes you up. But it's not at all a hard drug or something, you can't get high on it.
