@TYML Oh fml, sorry i was still assuming that you were an experienced Linux user. Correct command: sudo cat /etc/resolv.conf

@linuxxx it just gives me my nameserver

@TYML Yeah the point is that it shows which ones you are using, local ones often fail for general dns queries for me at least

nameserver 208.67.222.222
nameserver 208.67.222.220
The ip addresses are well known OpenDNS ip's but use whatever ones you want to use! -
