I fucking hate that DLP printers are so damn hard to get right. Spent 5h levelling the bed. Stupid shit aligning itself differently depending on how tight you make the screws!

    In general, machines can be less annoying to set up if designed to be more rigid and with tighter tolerances - but there is a tradeoff here as accurately machined solid metal parts still are pretty expensive.

    You could try using a torque wrench and writing down the torques that work for each screw at the given ambient temperature. If you are lucky, you get a set of parameters giving you good results every time as long as the ambient temperature is kept constant.
