If they only have .deb, extract it 😈 (executable inside)
(If it dynamic link to some lib that doesn't exist in ur system -> grab its lib and symbolic link)

I ended up finding out it was simply a way to generate a WiFi profile. I was able to generate the certs and manually install them myself.
