On iPhone this is a known issue right now unfortunately. Apple decided to approve the build and they still haven't approved the in-app purchase and I didn't notice that until it was too late. We're working on getting it approved asap. It should be approved within a few hours and we will post an announcement. Thanks again and apologies for this!
