Fuck me why do my unit tests pass with garbage input.

I can't go into a long weekend with this shit in my head rent free.

Because garbage in, garbage out.

After workday i write all my current thoughts and problems on a paper. An hour after i left the office i can hardly tell what i was working on that day and will not remember before i return the next morning. Can only recommend. Consequently writing down the state before going really helped to reach this state of mind of total separation of work and life. Can recommend.

@horus I do exactly as you. just writing in my todo file the current state and what I need to continue my work and knowing that is there I throw it out of my mind so I can enjoy the evening/weekend
