Look, I don't want your UI tasks. When I do them they look like a dollar store universal remote. I keep telling the PM, if you want to make it pretty and shiny hire someone who is good at that.

You gotta start somewhere. Though where I work, our ADs usually supervise the new designers. But the new designers has to do everything by themselves, with input from the rest of us.
And that's how we make pretty shit
