!rant

fucking hate all online programming exam because they're limiting the way of examineer answering the problem as they're not allowed to import any packages.

    Like Import(solvebelowproblem) library from python ? I like it too ...

    If you get to actually code it's good. There are exams that are multiple questions you have to answer in limited time and they ask for the output/error of the code.

    Because the bang operator ("!") means to flip a boolean value

    So !true evaluates to false

    For the sake of clarity: you can just read it as "not".

    So !dev literally reads as "not dev". And !!dev reads as "not not dev", which means it is dev.
