Omg!!!. Its a Sunday. Not a Monday. No one else is here but the security guard. Why are all the fucking lights on when I walk into the office. Co worker says oh well is it okay if we leave the lights on for a bit......like why 🤔. Let me remind you. All my devices are in dark mode. This is the worst 😫.

Why the fuck are you at work

Just the shift I work. Sat through Wednesday. I work remotely few days during the week. Weekends in thr office. It's good cus no one is usually here.which in turn. Lights are normally off. Work is better that way

Some simple automation might easily pay itself off unless it's a tiny office

@electrineer Always-on night lights with one to three watts can go a long way here. Security guards are lazy. They tend to just leave the lights on in the rooms they have to traverse on their guard route.

I rarely turn on the light in the floor since i made a 10 mW navigation light using a green LED (the human eye is most sensitive to green light) and placed it there.
