Facebook seems like a much safer bet to me. It seems Uber is having a lot of issues and their valuation is very questionable at this point.

@nerdynerd, you've asked this same question a few times now and as far as I can see you keep getting the same answer: Uber appears to be a shit company to work for. You seem to want others to justify it for you to accept their offer and seem very hung up on this stock thing. 99% of people on here will not have been in a similar situation. I don't think there's a wrong decision, but there is definitely a better one ;)
