When I'm at a medium sized company: Let's get CI/CD so we can build things and release things fast and stress free.

Now working at a big company. We have all the CI/CD we can ask for. Why are things still so slow and stressful o.o

    Because Ci/Cd is not the answer to your question.

    People, actually, shitty people whom get in the way, are the answer.

    If you want Ci/Cd to be the answer, you'll need a new question.
