Call customer support, they make you run a speed test, you past the minimum requirements for them to not do anything besides bill you next month too. -

@electrineer when i download something i see the speed of the download is around 2 Mbps/s
Guys, I get a 30 Mbps in download and 50 Mbps in Upload when using speedtest using my service provider server however if i change the server to other location, I get like 15 Mbps in Download and just 1 Mbps in upload what does that suppose to mean?
