If i have 2 different job offers from 2 companies and 1 offers a higher salary, should i tell the other company if they could raise the salary because i already have a more competing offer at another company?

Should i bring that up or should i just demand a higher salary and if they refuse I'll refuse their offer and accept the other company with higher offer

    Say something like, "I'm interested in working for your company, but I have another offer for a higher salary at another company, would you be willing to increase the offer?"

    I'd suggest to think about which one you prefer apart from the money and then make a strategy for playing that card. "I'd like to work with you but I got another offer with a bigger package" and then still declining after they did make the increase could burn some bridges..
