I always give the credit where the credit is due, even minor ones, like thanks to the dude that helped me when I was stuck.

I even embarrassed some folks who took credit of other team members and after cheering and applauding for not his work, I just stood up and said: "let's give another applause for the teamMember that worked his ass off and made more than 80% of this shit done!"

Everybody applauded without thinking and then it slowly started to sink in!
