I'm learning Android development in my spare time. As a web dev who tasted css, writing styles in xml makes me drill my eyes.

Could just learn React-Native to get the best of both worlds.

Haven't developed android in a while, but to me it was pretty straight forward and easy readable in a sense that you quickly understand what each view is composed of (that is if the documentation was existent

@Awlex yes it is readable but xml has a poor syntax and you write too much for little things. Fuck I hate xml.

@jmclemo6 I thought about that but didn't risk to try because I don't know I just don't trust such frameworks are better than native development.
