				If someone is going to do a brute force/dictionary attack a capital and a number and a special character would just slow them down but will not stop them. Also - securing all your passwords w/ one password in a vault is a trade off between ease and security in it self.

				@Bikonja sure - I get that - just pointing that out. But besides that, how much is that "extra layer" worth when you use it within a service that does not simply block you after x failed attemptes (within a certain time frame).
