Love for IE... 😐😬

Well. When IE was new it very soon got on par and beyond competition and when version 6 came it was faster than others.

There still was problems with standard compliance but since netscape was behind and opera was to small to be of any significance IE was an improvement.

The it stalled and got no love for ~10 years and in the meantime firefox was born and showed that you could build a better browser.

With IE10 and 11 its mostly back in the race again and IE is less and less if a problem.

But it was many years of headache.
