There's a meowing duck hidden in Amazon's html code

    I couldn't find it when I just looked. Although I did find that it's the most disgustingly formatted HTML I've ever seen. 1000's of empty lines littered throughout the code.

    @beningreenjam it's not like someone writes the html anyways so why bother I guess?

    @juzles because, my home page on amazon.co.uk as an example, the unminified HTML document came to approximately 440KB. Whereas the minified version of the same document came to just 35 KB.

    Just removing the empty lines would still make a big difference to users on slow connections.
