Is that smartwatch craze really over?about a year ago everybody was telling me to write apps for smart watches.now nobody even talks of it

Probably they wrote every possible smartwatch app last year and no one can think up a new one now. 🤔

I mean I'm still rocking my pebble 2 so I mean it's not completely dead.

I think that smartwatch apps are kinda limiting, to the point that they just become notifications providers for people like me that keep the phone in silent mode all day. If I actually have to use an app I'd just rather do it on my phone, except things like a stopwatch and such.

I think smart watches went from something you talk about to something that sort of exists. Kind of like how people used to talk about having a smart phone because it was unique - now it's just expected to have one. I don't think it's expected to have a smart watch - but I do think I see more smart watches than regular watches.

@thecakeisalie25 i wanted to say the exact same thing only difference being the watch. Mine is pebble time :)
