Hey there, anyone using blue light filtering glasses? Which one? How to choose?

Is that a thing? I use redshift on Linux, flux on Windows and Night light on my phone. And I set my TV's temperature warm.

I use gunnar mlg Phantom glasses. Because the Look good and i got to try them out at a friends place. Realy recomend them if you work on many different devices we're you cant install flux or similar software and have problems with da blue light.
