It would be really awesome if devRant would send us a rubber duck if our rant gets more than 1000++ 😝😝

Well they wouldn't be sending too many, as there's on a handful of 1k ++ rants lol.

Perhaps 10k total ++ would be appropriate.

We were talking about these this weekend, but were unsure what exactly a devRant duck would look like. What are you imagining?

@trogus you could add it as a reddit gold style thing, let users sponsor a duck to a ranter for the cost of the duck. Display a little duck icon next to the rant.

Also, ideally, it would be a dark theme blue with orange eyes and beak, but the break would be slanted like the icon. The icon would be on the under side of the duck.

Nice, all great ideas! We'll have to figure out what is feasible to order/fabricate at our scale. Unfortunately the vast majority of really cool swag we want require high minimum order sizes that are way past what we need at this point. I'm pretty crafty though so I might be able to make some small batch items from scratch, we'll see.

@ryanmhoffman or running with the superhero idea, a regular rubber duck wearing a cape w the devRant logo. That could be a lot easier to fabricate than a whole duck
