lxmcf199507y@eisterman Because most of the things i do are in the cloud and i use a fair amount of android emulation on my desktop, so i would rather have native android and a lightweight OS

Get the Acer r11 or r13! I use the r11 for school and run full xubuntu on it with an external 2tb hdd for storage. It is my fav laptop as of right now. Also it is pretty durable and affordable.

@BigMacca101 if it's only for this the x86 isn't convenient....
Android app for x86 are quite different from classical ARM (this some years ago, now i don't know precisely).
If your target platform is not x86 Android and you don't do heavy elaboration on the pc, they are Money thrown away IMHO -
