When you thought you had auto pay on and you never check your emails then your service gets terminated.

    We had our services terminated by Virgin Media because they didn't seem to setup the direct debit. We called three times (1h 30m total) and even had a letter confirming that our direct debit had been setup then they cut our Internet and it "takes 24 hours to resume services". WTF!! So we had no business line for a whole day... When critical code updates had to be pushed to live.
