Real smart rich people don't brag about it and dont have the need to show off. It's to avoid problems like begging within the family, or envy from friends.

These people drive a simple car, have usually regular clothing and don't just spend it on frivolous things like yachts or luxury cars or jewelery, but rather invest more in various things, get their properties developped and/or do their part in philantropy.
