But when you ++ a rant it goes right into your own "++'ed" list in your profile

@thassiov we don't want every rant we ++ to be bookmarked. every rant is not that incredible.

Yeah, the main thing for this is we want to still encourage frequent ++ of rants but also provide an additional way to save your absolute favorite rants.

For convenience, marking a rant as "favorite" will also automatically ++ it.
