Use the Pomodoro technique. 25 min focuc followed by a 5 minute break. After 4 Pomodoros you take 20 min break.
There are several articles about that technique.

    Been using this technique for a week, it really helps me to focus on my GTD tasks :)

    @muggleake sure to actually get away from your work when you take those short breaks :)
    I like to stand up and stretch a little bit or just walk around the library for some minutes.
