@Koolstr I got them with 60 tickets at my local Fastlanes Entertainment (like a Chuck E Cheese or Dave & Busters). However my Google Fu has uncovered them on Amazon.

@Koolstr they are meant to be in capsule toy machines at malls and low end restaurants. The price is lower on the seller's site https://edisonnovelty.com/products/... if you called and ordered 200 of them it will probably be cheaper. At $0.50 each you still make a profit at $7.50; just lot a large one.
