@Kimmax we do? That's news to me. Where i live (also Germany (NRW) ) we just say FidgetSpinner as it is. The name itself has such a negative ring to it that you don't even need to invent new words for it.

We had many more, like "Spin'ner für Spinner" or "Faggot Spinner" xD
Not related to the ones that use them as treatment for any kind of disease, but for the kind of people who raged when they weren't allowed to spin for half a minute in class
