    Ahh ACPI errors. Good stuff. See if your BIOS has the option to turn ACPI off, if not maybe try booting in safe mode

    Looks like a software that cleans stuff. Did you run something?

    If you have problems with startup use a Windows CD to resolve issues.

    @Dollique doesn’t look like he’s using Windows. That’s the Antegros boot log.

    A computer.

    @dev0urer OK in this case I can't help...

    I messed around in the terminal and played with the "set env" commands without knowing what i was doing, and i think that might have a lot to do with it

    @dev0urer

    @ParkCity have you tried booting into safe mode? Look up how to do it with Grub and Antegros

    "Clean" refers to no disk inconsistencies, it's not "Cleaning Software" :p

    @Dollique

    @ParkCity
    Try to disable ACPI in bios and see
  • 3
    Or put it in da trash and install arch like it's supposed to be installed
  • 2
    @dontPanic not everyone is quite experienced enough to handle Arch. I’ve been using Linux for 8 years and I had a hard time with Arch.
  • 5
    @dev0urer *Yoda voice* a lot of patience you need to arch have installed! Mmmmmmmm
  • 2
    @dontPanic a lot of patience indeed. As well as an Ethernet connection, because screw your wireless interface.
  • 2
    @dev0urer android tethering ftw 8)
  • 2
    @dontPanic 😂 because screw your data plan
  • 2
    @dev0urer yeah well... You can always just copy the necessary drivers to Pacman's cache and install it from there. I'm not saying it's easy or intuitive for my defense xD

    Basically

    Seems like your kernel is broken :o you should try to use the usb installer to check where is the problem. Well it would probably be quicker to install the system partition again (if you split them).
    Each time I wasn't able to boot it was because I fucked the path to my kernel and my initramfs into rEFInd or that I forgot to compile something into the kernel x) firmware pb too for graphics though
  • 2
    @Celes has a good point. Boot into the installer, open a terminal, chroot into your system, reinstall the kernel, be happy 😃
  • 1
    What he said > @watzon

    You could chroot in and revert the edits you did if you know what you did
  • 2
    Color a
    ASSOC
    START Chrome
    And ask why did I write this comment
  • 2
    @watzon The command is

    sudo Pacman -S x-server x-init gnome && startx
  • 2
    @AlgoRythm lol I wasn’t asking. I’ve already been through the whole setup phase
  • 2
    @watzon I figured, just thought it was funny because you can actually one-line installing x, a DE and starting it, as the meme asks for.
  • 1
    Did you try turning it off and on again.

    Systemd and acpi errors... Welcome to purgatory
