I'm not surprised. When ChatGPT was released this January, people were already selling courses on it in February.

@Sid2006 chatGPT was released in November of 2022, and the master classes in prompt engineering came out 15 minutes later

I think this would bring a lot of value to people questioning their sanity.

Noob question, what exactly promptfluencer means?

There have been a few jobs posted for prompt engineers because the answer quality depends a lot on how you word the prompt.
Now, these jobs might be real, or fake, or a set up to get an H1B approval. But we tend to see the ones with high salaries posted as memes.

Influencer is a type of social media poster who mainly these people pus things to sell to their followers. This modern definition takes from the previous definitions where influencer meant someone actually influential at scale. Now, if you can make a profit posting on social, basically they can call themselves an influencer.

Now, if you can imagine, someone who gets to making money posting on social. A derivative definition influencer. And what do they post: prompts for ai and tips for writing prompts for ai.
