Nothing new happened. I have seen the thread about rec scums in Reddit.

They even add skills to your skill list. Happened two times to me. One internal recruiter and one remote.

On top - half of them look like models. Yh, a cute face will affect my business decisions. Weirdly enough many times they have bachelor degree (if Dutch..). Such a waste

@retoor i blocked one Dutch recruiting firm after he called me after work hours like I was her side hoe lmao. Blocked the number and email after agreeing to meeting with him

@aviophile nothing more offensive for a Dutchy than a non met agreement or being late. You probably made her cry and losing faith in this world. Now she's laying somewhere on bed carved with the word pain in her arm, high on pain killers. That all because you couldn't admit you are someone's bitch

I tried recruiters this time around.
All of them were a shitshow.
Via family I got in contact with somebody who needed warm bodies for a company but they didnt have nor wanted my field in house.
Got me a good paybump of 30%. Only recruiter I'll ever even bother with.
Am Dutch fyi. 😅
