I think the word you're looking for is evolution - improving everything living with every iteration.

@jAsE i feel like humanity has improved a lot if you look at a larger time-frame, let's say since the stone age. Back then god usually had a very long iteration cycle which usually meant very well tested and save changes that generally improved humanity. Recently it seen god has grown very fond of the "move fast - break tings" philosophy and also seems to test a lot in production which for something as system critical as humanity does not seem to be the right approach.
