I usually have a pen and notebook at my table while coding, to scribble while I'm figuring out stuff. Anyone else does this?

I got tired of running out of pages. So I invested in a small whiteboard.

It used to be but then I never really looked back through the notebook anyway unless I really needed something. This way I have an endless “page”.

Yup. I scribble and doodle flowcharts/pseudocode for pages before touching my IDE.

When I'm out of mind and can't concentrate on work, I write down the problem to focus easily

Doesn’t have to be a big one either.
I’ve only got a desk sized one good for a quick scribble to but out something.

Whiteboard's a good idea. Maybe I'll get one.

I use the drawing thingy windows has in the corner now (ink workspace or something) with a drawing tablet. It works nicely, takes less space and I don't kill trees. Also, lots of colors.
