Tell me you don't want to do technical support without telling me you don't want to do technical support

    Wait till you get to the second tab without having a next button option. On Microsoft azure you literally have to subscribe to a support plan. Talk about moneymaking

    I will give bluehost the best technical support on web hosting.

    @GiddyNaya or even better, on the very last tab, tell the user that there’s too many tickets at this time, so you will have to try again later…

    "Technical" is a paid feature.

    @C0D4 that seems like a very broad statement. I have seen plenty of "technical" which is not paid feature.

    If they want to do that then to some extent that is their prerogative, but it should be better communicated.
