Whiteboard interviews. Would say "my first whiteboard interviews", but I think they will always have the magic to make developers feel stupid.

Actually the problem I think is i only code on a computer so brain goes :

Computer/IDE: Code 😁
Whiteboard, paper: ???? 😨😨😨😨😱🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Also, I jump around and fix things while I code... Hard to do on paper... Maybe easier on whiteboard...
