@heyheni First of all learn a thing or two about linux, which I did. And then learn more about handling your own os. I guess I did learn stuff, but I wish I could've gone a bit further just to make it functional and be able to fiddle with it.

Tonight I spent 5 hours installing arch. After seeing everything go smoothly I do the final reboot, only to watch the grub command line appear on the screen. I tried to boot into my arch installation but it kept talking about kernels missing and stuff. I thought I learned a ton but Fuck me. Now I'm installing neon kde just so I have my fucking linux desktop ready. Maybe someday I'll make it...
